Upon full payment for our services, clients receive a limited licence to use the specific strategies and systems we develop for their restaurant, but this does not transfer ownership of our underlying methodologies or intellectual property.

We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding your business operations, financial information, and strategic plans. This confidentiality obligation continues beyond the termination of our service relationship.

Similarly, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methodologies, processes, and any confidential information shared during our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kavormelix.top AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

For clients located outside Denmark, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service relationships with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, but provisions regarding payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already provided or expenses incurred prior to termination.
